La selección de ejercicios a realizar consta de 3 series luego de culminar todo el circuito, en caso de no poseer un banco podemos hacer una línea imaginaria para el ejercicio indicado.
The selection of exercises to be performed consists of 3 series after completing the entire circuit, in case of not having a bench we can make an imaginary line for the indicated exercise.
1 Remo Cruzado - 30 Reps
2 Elevaciones Cruzadas - 12 Reps
3 Abdominales intercaladas - 12 Reps
4 Giros rusos - 20 reps
5 Estático en elevación - 10 Segundos
6 Plancha estirada - Máximo aguante
1 Cross Rowing - 30 Reps
2 Cross Lifts - 12 Reps
3 Interspersed Crunches - 12 Reps
4 Russian Twists - 20 reps
