Saludos cordiales a todas y a todos los lectores de la comunidad de #SWC, el día de hoy realice una rutina el día de la mañana dónde realizo combinaciones de básico dándole intensidad sin parar, con esto además de los básicos los diferentes ejercicios serán los que no dejaran seguir avanzando, pero nosotros no nos vamos a detener solamente avanzar hasta completar.
