Bienvenidos atletas de Full Deportes, el día miércoles 19 de junio del 2024 fue realizado otro versus amistoso de fondos y dominadas dónde el ganador sería mencionado con el menor tiempo. En esta ocasión logré ganar el reto con un tiempo de 28 segundos 💪🔥. En este reto participaron dos compañeros conocidos en la plataforma de Hive: @oskarr-sro y @dioskr-swc.

• Lo increíble de todo esto fue que antes de este reto ya había entrenado un poco en dominadas y la verdad que soy muy débil en ello y no creí tener fuerza suficiente para culminar las 15 pull ups de forma rápida y pasar a los fondos dónde lograría con mayor facilidad y velocidad realizar las 15 repeticiones para culminar lo más rápido posible... Les estaré compartiendo un pequeño video y algunas fotografías para que disfruten del post.

Welcome Full Deportes athletes, on Wednesday 19th June 2024 another friendly versus of pull-ups and pull-downs was held where the winner would be mentioned with the shortest time. This time I managed to win the challenge with a time of 28 seconds 💪🔥. In this challenge participated two well-known colleagues on the Hive platform: @oskarr-sro and @dioskr-swc.

• The incredible thing about all this was that before this challenge I had already trained a little in pull ups and the truth is that I am very weak at it and I did not think I had enough strength to complete the 15 pull ups quickly and move on to the bottoms where I could do the 15 repetitions with greater ease and speed to finish as quickly as possible.... I will be sharing a short video and some pictures for you to enjoy the post.
