Bienvenidos a todos, sé que es algo tarde pero me gustaría compartirles la 7ma exhibición de la Street Workout Community en el Gimnasio Cubierto "12 de Febrero". , realizada este Sádabo 26 de Noviembre en el Estado Apure. Fue la última exhibición Nacional del año 2022. Una de mis primeras experiencia de lo que fué visitando el estado Apure. Adicional agradecido por el apoyo con la señora @crisch23 por permitirnos un espacio a los atletas que veníamos de otras ciudades para pernotar y quedarnos luego de la exhibición.

Welcome everyone, I know it's a little late but I would like to share with you the 7th exhibition of the Street Workout Community at the "12 de Febrero" Covered Gym. This Saturday November 26th in Apure State. It was the last National exhibition of the year 2022. One of my first experience of what was visiting the state of Apure. Additional grateful for the support with Mrs. @crisch23 for allowing us a space for athletes who came from other cities to stay overnight and stay after the exhibition.

Punto de Salida / Exit Point

Se coordinó la hora de llegada aproximadamente a eso de las 6:00 am dónde nos encontraríamos en el punto de encuentro pautado, luego de ello estuvieron llegando algunos de los atletas provenientes del estado Carabobo, luego de estar reunidos todos estuvimos a la espera de nuestra asesora Técnia la sra @marlenyaragua para luego partir a nuestro viaje.

The arrival time was coordinated at approximately 6:00 am where we would meet at the meeting point, after that were arriving some of the athletes from Carabobo state, after being gathered we were all waiting for our technical advisor Ms. @marlenyaragua and then we left for our trip.

Luego de unas horas de viaje admito que se notaba el cambio de clima, ya que el calor era bastante fuerte estando aún en el autobús con aire acondicionado. Hicimos una breve parada rapidita en Calabozo para ir al baño a realizar nuestras necesidades y partir nuevamente para llegar a nuestro destino la cual serían unas 6 horas en total de viaje aproximadamente.

After a few hours of travel I admit that the change of climate was noticeable, as the heat was quite strong while still in the air-conditioned bus. We made a quick stop in Calabozo to go to the bathroom to relieve ourselves and then we set off again to reach our destination, which would take about 6 hours in total.

Llegada al Gimnasio / Arrival at the gym

Luego de llegar, bajamos del autobús a ver el gimnasio dónde se realizaría la 7ma exhibición, conociendo un poco del espacio y su ambiente que también era algo caluroso, luego de ello se dieron algunas pautas a conocer por la señora @marlenyaragua y @manuelramos respecto a la ejecución del evento, para luego dirigirnos a la casa de @crisch23 dónde hospedaríamos para dejar nuestros materiales, cambiarnos y estar listo para la hora de la exhibición.

After arriving, we got off the bus to see the gym where the 7th exhibition would be held, knowing a little of the space and its environment that was also a little hot, then some guidelines were given to know by Mrs. @marlenyaragua and @manuelramos regarding the execution of the event, then we headed to the house of @crisch23 where we would stay to leave our materials, change and be ready for the time of the exhibition.

Inicio de la Exhibición / Start of the Exhibition

Nuestro líder y CEO de Street Workout Community @manuelramos empezó dando unas palabras del proyecto y agradecimiento por el espacio, etc. Seguidamente @crisch23 hablando acerca de Hive y por último nuestro presentador y narrador @raumijares, dónde hablo un poco de SWC en Hive y sus grandes oportunidades dentro de la blockchain de Hive. Seguidamente el presidente deportivo del estado Apure dio unas palabras de agradecimiento y emoción de ver este deporte, luego de ello los atletas se colocaron en otra zona para realizar ejercicios de calentamientos para ir pasando uno a uno a dar su presentación de exhibición de calistenia y estilo libre.

Our leader and CEO of Street Workout Community @manuelramos started by giving some words about the project and thanks for the space, etc. Then @crisch23 talking about Hive and finally our presenter and narrator @raumijares, where he spoke a little about SWC in Hive and its great opportunities within the Hive blockchain. Then the sports president of the state of Apure gave a few words of thanks and excitement to see this sport, after that the athletes were placed in another area to perform warm-up exercises to go one by one to give their exhibition presentation of calisthenics and freestyle.

La exhibición tuvo una dinámica dónde se llevaría acabo:

1ero Básicos y estáticos: Cada atleta realizaría la ejecución de ejercicios de calistenia dónde se demostraría lo necesario para obtener la fuerza y resistencia de ejecución de dichos movimientos.

2do Demostración de Estáticos y Dinámicos: En este caso los atletas pasarían uno a uno dónde demostrarían su máximo potencial en la barra, dónde ejecutarían movimientos cómo el 360, 540, dragon, etc. Estáticos cómo parada de manos, plancha en paralelas o barra fija, etc.

3ro Versus amistoso: Se realizo un versus entre 3 atletas dónde se votaría por el ganador y los jueces serían el público.

The exhibition had a dynamic where it would be carried out:

1st Basic and Static: Each athlete would perform the execution of calisthenics exercises where they would demonstrate what was necessary to obtain the strength and endurance of execution of such movements.

2nd Demonstration of Statics and Dynamics: In this case the athletes would pass one by one where they would demonstrate their maximum potential on the bar, where they would execute movements such as 360, 540, dragon, etc. Static movements such as handstand, plank on parallel or fixed bar, etc.

3rd Versus friendly: A versus between 3 athletes where the winner would be voted and the judges would be the public.

Entrega de Certificados / Start of the Exhibition

Luego de culminar la exhibición, pasamos la noche en casa con el apoyo de @crisch23, dónde al día siguiente antes de irnos del estado visitamos el parque de los atletas, dónde practican día a día. La entrega de certificados fue realizada por @milagroscdlrr y @gaboarzola. Culminado la entrega nos tomamos una foto grupal y procedimos a retirarnos.

After finishing the exhibition, we spent the night at home with the support of @crisch23, where the next day before leaving the state we visited the athletes' park, where they practice every day. The presentation of certificates was made by @milagroscdlrr and @gaboarzola. After the delivery we took a group photo and proceeded to leave.
