¡Hola hivers!

Hi hivers! I am very happy to prepare this new video for you, yesterday I was really very contracted so I slowed down for a day to rest. Aaahhhh but today I woke up with all my batteries and put together this video talking about "Intermuscular actions".
Muscles do not act in isolation on a joint core to provoke a force, but work as a team with other muscles that are associated with the movement in order to modulate the movement.
Therefore, depending on the chosen movement, the muscles will act in the following ways:
AGONIST: Performing the main motor action.
ANTAGONIST: Muscle that contracts or stretches in the opposite way to the agonist in order to regulate it.
SYNERGIST: That which collaborates with the muscular action of the agonist and antagonist. They usually fix articular centers proximally in order to generate movements in distal areas.

I invite all exercise and sport lovers to search, investigate and investigate, I invite you to be curious about movement! If you have doubts or questions ask them, it is very enriching for both parties.

In the next video I will continue with this topic, talking about types of muscle contractions.

To record I used a tripod and my Samsung A12 phone.
The video was edited in power director and the cover was made in canva.
To record I used a small device (Irig) connected to a wireless microphone, thanks to this the voice is super clear and the sounds of the environment are eliminated.

    Greetings from Argenuina.
