Today I share with you a photo sequence, which I made for the university subject audiovisual editing, and the exercise consisted of putting together a story with a series of photographs, which explains the situation in this sequence. At that time with few resources, I made it with a simple mobile phone with poor quality photography.
But at that moment I was inspired by the political situation in my country Venezuela, which was very marked by the division between Venezuelans, by their way of thinking politically speaking. Nowadays we still follow that same trend, but I think that in those years it was more radical, where there were two political sectors, those who supported the government and those who supported the opposition.
And it was even motivating to divide families, even to the point of having very serious disputes over these differences, which in the end are methods used by politicians to divide and control the masses, because that's the only way to keep us totally controlled, when we should all be united.
