Les traigo esto ya para compartir con ustedes que en la playa no solo disfrutamos, también entrenamos, yo disfruto mucho de entrenar y poder compartirles este tipo de contenido, bien podrán ver no hice un super entrenamiento, esto es algo que suelo hacer cuando salgo en este estilo, rápido sencillo y efectivo🔥💪🏻.
I bring this to you now to share with you that on the beach we not only enjoy, we also train, I really enjoy training and being able to share this type of content, well you can see I did not do a super training, this is something that I usually do when I go out this style, fast simple and effective🔥💪🏻.
Esta rutina esta basada en la quema de los estáticos ya que para mi opinión en la playa uno siempre esta en constante movimiento por lo cual el cuerpo hace muchas activaciones musculares, este mini entrenamiento yo lo aplico al final ya casi a la hora de irnos como un plus para mis estáticos💜
This routine is based on burning the static since in my opinion on the beach one is always in constant movement for which the body does many muscle activations, I apply this mini training at the end and almost when we leave as a plus for my statics💜

Recuerden calentar y estirar bien antes de empezar a hacer cualquier ejercicio en general, como pudieron apreciar son pasos bastantes sencillos pero que con constancia puedes tenerlo tu tambien, para mas post como estos darle apoyo a la publicación, esto ha sido todo por hoy, nos vemos en el siguiente post💜.
