Hello friends of Hive and SWC, my name is José Mota @whoismota, today I bring you a set of intense exercises focused mainly on the quadriceps and glutes that you can use and include in your routines to train these muscles.
Escogí ejercicios fáciles pero muy intensos que se pueden realizar solo con tu propio peso corporal, sin necesidad de salir de casa.
These exercises work the quadriceps with great intensity, it should be noted that it is not a routine but rather a kind of compilation of good exercises.
I chose easy but very intense exercises that can be performed with only your own body weight, without the need to leave home.
