Hello everyone friends of Hive and SWC, my name is José Mota @whoismota, today I bring you a compilation of exercises focused primarily on the pectoral that you can add or use in your routines.
Cabe destacar que no es una rutina, solo es una recopilación de ejercicios para que puedas utilizarlos o agregarlos a tu rutina. Sin más que decir los dejo con el vídeo.
As I mentioned they are only 4 pretty intense exercises that don't only work the pectoral however I have brought them today to focus on the chest part.
It should be noted that it is not a routine, it is only a compilation of exercises so you can use them or add them to your routine. Without further ado, I leave you with the video.
