Hello everyone friends of Hive and SWC, my name is José Mota @whoismota, today I bring you a routine to train abdominals only using the fixed bar.
Sin más que decir los dejo con ésta rutina, espero que les sirva.
This routine is composed of only 4 exercises, they are few but they are really intense and effective. To perform it you only need a fixed bar high enough to fully stretch your legs.
Without further ado, I leave you with this routine, I hope you find it useful.
