Hello everyone friends of Hive and SWC, my name is José Mota @whoismota, today I bring you a small routine of only 4 exercises to strengthen your biceps in an intense and effective way.
I have selected few exercises that are very effective which I have ordered from the most difficult to the easiest. With this routine you will be able to strengthen your biceps working them with a lot of intensity and with few exercises.
