Hello everyone friends of Hive and SWC, my name is José Mota @whoismota, after a period of inactivity, today I bring you some of my current Front Lever routine.
Mi actual rutina de Front Lever está compuesta en su mayoría por ejercicios con Banda de Resistencia, la cual te brinda una asistencia dependiendo de cómo la uses. Actualmente estoy haciendo ésta rutina solo 2 veces por semana, sin más que decir los dejo con el vídeo.
Due to academic issues I have been inactive within the community and I also have little time for my workouts so I try to work with routines that are short but intense in order not to lose level.
My current Front Lever routine is mostly composed of Resistance Band exercises, which gives you assistance depending on how you use it. I'm currently doing this routine only 2 times a week, without further ado I'll leave you with the video.
