Hello everyone friends of Hive and SWC, my name is José Mota @whoismota, today I bring you the second episode of a series of routines composed of 3 videos to start training the Full Planche.
En éste segundo episodio nos concentraremos en trabajar de manera adecuada la postura adecuada para realizar la Full Planche.
La mayoría de las personas a la hora de trabajar la postura de la Full Planche se concentra más en trabajar la parte escapular o de hollow pero se olvida de la parte pélvica y eso es en lo que trabajaremos hoy.
Con ésta rutina abordaremos ambas partes, tanto la escapular como la pélvica, para así adaptar a nuestro cuerpo a una postura más cercana y adecuada para la Full Planche.
In this second episode we will concentrate on working on the proper posture to perform the Full Planche.
Most people when it comes to working the Full Planche posture concentrate more on working the scapular or hollow part but forget about the pelvic part and that is what we will work on today.
With this routine we will address both the scapular and pelvic parts, in order to adapt our body to a closer and more appropriate posture for the Full Planche.
