Hello everyone friends of Hive and SWC, my name is José Mota @whoismota, today I bring you this small compilation of exercises that will help you achieve the Back Lever.
Con éstos tres ejercicios que les traigo el día de hoy, conseguirán la fuerza y resistencia necesaria para aguantarlo correctamente.
Cabe destacar que entreno éstos ejercicios desde casa porque cuento con una barra portátil, si no tienen una a disponibilidad lo ideal sería entrenarlo en tu parque ya que la altura de la barra no afecta en ningún sentido.
The Back Lever is one of the most primordial and basic statics of Street Workout, many people find it difficult to master it because they do not master the technique or do not have the strength to hold it.
With these three exercises that I bring you today, you will get the strength and endurance needed to hold it correctly.
It should be noted that I train these exercises from home because I have a portable bar, if you do not have one available the ideal would be to train in your park because the height of the bar does not affect in any way.
