Por ello he decidido compartirlos con ustedes y espero sean de gran ayuda para que personas como yo, desarrollen fuerza con el Front Lever.

I have been training the Front Lever with these exercises and they have made me gain a lot of strength in a short time, currently my routine is structured with these exercises and it has worked for me.
