Como ya mencioné, son 5 tipos de flexiones. Cabe destacar que no es una rutina sino simplemente los ejercicios, claro está que pueden incluirlos en su rutina y adaptarlos a su manera.
The types of push-ups that I bring you today have an intermediate to advanced level since they work with a lot of explosiveness to develop much more strength and faster, which will also help us to gain muscle mass.
