Skateboarding at Prison Park

Prison Park, as its called, is situated right outside Cook County Jail in Chicago IL. The inmates can actually see you skating from inside their cell. That being the case, there is usually a fair amount of crimes going on within the vicinity of the park, causing cops to roll through the playground in their SUVs. The Park is alright, even though the skatepark is slanted slightly due to a construction flaw, and its always a good time making the trip down there to enjoy some fresh cups of fruit sold by the local sidewalk vendors, though, not as convenient as Little Village skatepark down the street.

This video was filmed by Jake Desantis but edited by @weg-gnar during one of the early spring months in Chicago. The little dog named Mite featured barking at the girls in the mini ramp has since passed away. RIP.
