Hello everyone! Friends and community of SWC and HIVE. Today I bring you a compilation of my first and even my current videos that I have been making during all this time that I have adopted this discipline.
As you can see, this video is about my progress in the handstand and muscle up, I must admit that I have more control when it comes to the handstand. About the muscle up is something that I have been training these last months to achieve it, I do not do it in the best way but it is because it was recently that I managed to do it, I promise that I will not stop here, I need to do this movement in a stricter and better performed way. My goal is to be able to perform different ways of doing the handstand, either a handstand, flag pine or witch pine, in calisthenics I started doing this movement and it is the one I like the most, it is amazing to be able to master it and do it almost anywhere.
I apologize because in some shots I did them vertically, I was not aware that at some point it would be better appreciated horizontally, from now on my shots will be horizontally so you can better appreciate my progress in future videos.
