¡Saludos, apasionados de la calistenia y creadores de contenido en las comunidades de #Hive y #Swc! Soy @vroxsser-black, y les presento el videoclip del “Reto Semanal +15”. Esta es la tercera semana del reto, y tocó sumarle 15 repeticiones más a los burpees y los fondos, dando un total de 45 repeticiones. Aunque el número de repeticiones ha aumentado, cada una de ellas representa un paso más hacia la superación personal y el fortalecimiento físico.

Greetings, passionate calisthenics and content creators in the #Hive and #Swc communities! I'm @vroxsser-black, and I present to you the “Weekly +15 Challenge” video clip. This is the third week of the challenge, and it was my turn to add 15 more reps to the burpees and bottoms, giving me a total of 45 reps. Although the number of repetitions has increased, each one of them represents another step towards self-improvement and physical strengthening.

Esta semana, el parque estuvo movido con muchos atletas, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más emocionante y motivadora. La energía y el entusiasmo de todos los presentes me impulsaron a dar lo mejor de mí en cada repetición.

This week, the park was busy with many athletes, which made the experience even more exciting and motivating. The energy and enthusiasm of everyone present pushed me to do my best on every repetition.
