Hola a todos, me invitaron a otro box, y quede fascinada con su entrenamiento y lugar para entrenar. De verdad cada vez me gusta el crossfit, y cuando se me ve presenta la oportunidad de practicarlo, lo aprovecho al máximo.
EL WOD se trató de un AMRAP de 15 minutos: Logré hacer 6 rondas
- 90 saltos de cuerda
- 12 Clean Colgado Parado más Pull Jerk
- 6 Subida en la caja con pesas rusas
Hello everyone, I was invited to another box, and I was fascinated with your training and place to train. I really like crossfit more and more, and when I have the opportunity to practice it, I make the most of it.
The WOD was a 15 minutes AMRAP: I managed to do 6 rounds
- 90 rope jumps
- 12 Power Clean Hangs plus Pull Jerk
- 6 Box Pull Up with kettlebells
