    Hola HIVE | HELLO HIVE

    Esta ocasi贸n les comparto un entrenamiento que de verdad me peg贸 duro, fue super fuerte en repeticiones y los propios ejercicios, tanto asi que fall茅 algunos arranques, pero lo volvia hacer, pero me gusta experimentar estas cosas, por que noto lo capaz que soy, mis debilidades, fortalezas, cosas que tengo mejorar, aprendo y me hace sentir muy bendecida de poder entrenar, tener mi cuerpo sano y que sea capaz de estas cosas.
    Luego de calentar, hacer movilidad, todo lo necesario para acondiciar nuestro cuerpo para el entrenamiento.EL WOD se trat贸 de hacer todo esto en 12 minutos, pero yo lo logr茅. Para la pr贸xima

    • 5 caminatas en la pared
    • 50 saltos de cuerda
    • 15 arranque (primer peso 30 kg)
    • 5 caminatas en la pared

    • 50 saltos de cuerda

    • 12 arranque (segundo peso 35 kg)

    • 20 flexiones en pica

    • 50 saltos de cuerda

    • 9 arranque (tercer peso 43 kg)

    Me falto hacer una que era los mismo que la anterior pero esta vez con 6 arranques

    I missed one that was the same as the previous one but this time with 6 starts.

    Te invito a ver este WOD en el cual casi vomito jajajja. Y que puedas aprender y ver un pcoo sobre el Crossfit, no lo practico en si, pero se algunas cosas, y vengo de Halterofilia * Calentar * Hidratarte * Estirar luego de entrenar.
