Siendo Jueza del Internal Challenge - As a judge of the Internal Challenge

      Hay un dicho que dice: "Si siempre te estás preparando, cuando llega la oportunidad, estarás listo para aprovecharla" me gusta mucho darme cuenta ahora que es muy cierto, ya que constantemente estoy haciendo cursos online, que encuentro en redes sociales. E s algo que me encanta. Lo mejor es CAPITALIZAR los conocimientos y la experiencia, y lograr tener reconocimiento por esto.

[english version] There is a saying that goes: ‘If you are always preparing yourself, when the opportunity comes, you will be ready to take it’ I like to realise now that it is very true, as I am constantly doing online courses, which I find on social networks. It's something I love. The best thing is to CAPITALISE on knowledge and experience, and get recognition for it.

      Me contactó un equipo del gimnasio Strong Physical, de la ciudad de Maturín, de Tipuro, que es una zona residencial y comercial de muy reconocida y de prestigio. La razón fue que se llevaría a cabo su 3era Edición del Internal Challenge, y quería que yo formara parte del equipo de Jueces, dado que me conocen por haber sido Atleta, Entrenadora y por haber sido Juez en la anteriores FitGames. Esto me emocionó mucho y por supuesto que iba a participar.

! [english version] I was contacted by a team from Strong Physical gym, in the city of Maturin, Tipuro, which is a residential and commercial area of very recognized and prestigious. The reason was that their 3rd edition of the Internal Challenge would take place, and they wanted me to be part of the team of judges, since they know me for having been an athlete, coach and for having been a judge in the previous FitGames. This made me very excited and of course I was going to participate.

      El Internal Challege, es una competencia interna de mujeres pertenecientes a ese gimnasio. La dinámica de esta competencia se trató de que cada atleta tiene 3 intentos donde cada uno de ellos debe subir de peso los siguientes ejercicios: Peso Muerto, Sentadilla Libre y Press de Banca Plano.

! [ENGLISH VERSION] The Internal Challenge is an internal competition for women belonging to the gym. The dynamics of this competition was that each athlete has 3 attempts where each of them must lift the following exercises: Deadlift, Free Squat and Flat Bench Press.

      Fuimos 4 Juezas, con experiencia en el Fitness y Deportes, de verdad me encantó poder aprender y compartir de ellas, son entrenadoras igual que yo y conocerlas me inspira mucho más. En la competencia, a nosotras como Jueza se nos exigió unos estándares y normas de los ejercicios a la hora de evaluarlos y claro no ser tan radicales, ya que es una competencia amistosa, también nos permitieron animar a las atletas. Me encantó ver Mujeres fuertes y dedicadas a levantar mucho peso, hubo una señora de 38 años que levantó 150kg en Peso Muerto ¡IMPRESIONANTE E INSPIRADOR!

! [english version] We were 4 judges, with experience in Fitness and Sports, I really enjoyed learning and sharing with them, they are trainers just like me and knowing them inspires me much more. In the competition, we as judges were required to have some standards and rules of the exercises when evaluating them and of course not to be so radical, as it is a friendly competition, we were also allowed to encourage the athletes. I was delighted to see strong and dedicated women lifting heavy weights, there was a 38 year old lady who lifted 150kg in Deadlift - AMAZING AND INSPIRING!

      Como Jueza nos trataron muy bien, nos dieron camisas, almuerzo, postres y una entrega de Certificado, que no esperaba, pero que me encantó.

! [english version] As a judge we were treated very well, we were given shirts, lunch, desserts and a Certificate presentation, which I didn't expect, but which I loved.

      De verdad me alegró bastante que me dieran esta oportunidad y ver como aprecian mi trabajo, me interesó mucho participar para obtener experiencia, aprendizaje y conocer más personas amantes del Fitness y Deportes. Los invito a ver mi video y espero que les guste.
