On the day I explain the pros and cons of both training conditions. Both are good, but it all depends on your goal.
The most important thing is to move, to train. NO EXCUSES. Be grateful to be able to move and to be able to train. Both training conditions are effective, with good nutrition, rest, a lot of discipline and focus.
And what do you prefer, which one do you apply?
I love both, they are brutal and demand a lot from you.
