    Hola apreciada comunidad, es grato para mi compartir con nuevamente con ustedes en esta ocasión una rutina de ejercicios para aliviar el dolor del Manguito Rotador, pero primero hablaré un poco acerca del Manguito Rotador sabiendo que muchas veces esta molestia es ocasionada por la inestabilidad del hombro o desequilibrio muscular , también nuestras posturas influyen en este problema, además el sobrepeso o mal uso del hombro produce un dolor con la movilidad principalmente al momento de elevar nuestro brazo, en la actualidad este tipo de lesión es frecuente no solamente en personas mayores sino también en personas relativamente jóvenes, este tipo de lesiones para evitar problemas de mayor gravedad.

    Espero que esta rutina de ejercicios sencillos pueda ayudarle en su problema.

    Hello dear community, it is a pleasure for me to share with you again this time an exercise routine to relieve Rotator Cuff pain, but first I will talk a little about the Rotator Cuff knowing that many times this discomfort is caused by shoulder instability or muscle imbalance, also our postures influence this problem, also overweight or misuse of the shoulder causes pain with mobility mainly when lifting our arm, today this type of injury is common not only in older people but also in relatively young people, this type of injury to avoid more serious problems.
