    Hola, apreciada comunidad, deseándole que Dios les bendiga rica y abundantemente, es grato para mi compartir nuevamente con ustedes una rutina de ejercicios para aliviar o quitar el dolor de las varices en adultos mayores.

    Como siempre lo he dicho el deporte es vida, por eso es sumamente importante realizarlo constantemente para gozar de buenas condiciones de salud. El ejercicio no sólo servirá para vernos bien sino también nos ayudará a mantener nuestros cuerpos saludables.

    As I have always said, sport is life, that is why it is extremely important to do it constantly in order to enjoy good health conditions. Exercise will not only help us to look good but it will also help us to keep our bodies healthy.
