    SWC el día de hoy vengo a traerles un entrenamiento de prefeccion de hollow, ya que hay muchos atletas que a la hora de ejecutar su plancha no tienen fuerza en esa parte del musculo y es muy importante.

    Explicacion:

    Esta rutina se basa en ganar mayor fuera y resistencia en la zona escapular.

    • 1er ejercicio: Tuck Planche, ejercicio es muy bueno porque es un ejercicio isometrico, osea estático que no se mueve y este nos ayudara a ganar resistencia en las escapulas.

    • 2do ejercicio: Retracciones escapulares. Nos pondremos en las paralelas y vamos a sacar lo mas que podamos las escapulas y elevando la pelvis para así lograr una mejor ejecución y obtener mayor fuerza.

    • 3er ejercicio: Lean Planche + Retracción escapular, es casi parecido al anterior solo que en lean planche, nos colocaremos en la posición indicada con la mayor inclinación posible y desactivaremos y activaremos las escapulas,para así ganar fuerza en esa zona y mejor nuestra plancha.

    • Estos ejercicios me fueron muy útiles a mi para mejor cada día, espero a ti también te sirvan y me lo cuentes en los comentarios. Saludos!!!

    • 3rd exercise: Lean Planche + Scapular Retraction, it is almost similar to the previous one but in lean planche, we will place ourselves in the indicated position with the greatest possible inclination and we will deactivate and activate the scapulae, in order to gain strength in that area and improve our planche.
