Que tal amigos hoy les traigo un video donde les habló un poco acerca de lo que ha sido mi maternidad y como la he llevado, sufrí depresión post parto y no me entere hasta los 4 meses de mi bebé.

Fui un mar de hormonas y en ese momento lo pasé muy mal, todo esto me llevó a estudiar todos los temas acerca de la maternidad, la lactancia materna, como sacar los gases, el sueño del bebé, lo que es bueno y lo que no para el bebé

Todas las personas me daban una opinión distinta, y esto me llevó más al colapso Fueron una de tantas razones por las que decidí estudiar con tanto afán, esto me llevó a ser una fuente de información para las futuras madres de mi entorno, amo acompañar a esas chicas porque aunque yo tenia a mi familia cerca me sentía sola porque nadie podía entender lo que yo estaba pasando y de cierta forma se que algunas mujeres reprimen ese sentimiento y se acostumbran a sentirse de una manera que no es la correcta

They were one of the many reasons why I decided to study with such eagerness, this led me to be a source of information for future mothers around me, I love to accompany these girls because although I had my family nearby I felt alone because no one could understand what I was going through and in a way I know that some women repress this feeling and get used to feel in a way that is not the right one.

Me gusta mucho hablar de estos temas porque son los que nos llevan a reflexionar acerca de esto porque sin duda si no fuese madre no tendría conocimiento acerca de lo que pasan las madres y el cambio tan gran que implica tener un bebé en nuestras vidas

I really like to talk about these topics because they are the ones that lead us to reflect on this because without a doubt if I were not a mother I would have no knowledge about what mothers go through and the great change that having a baby implies in our lives.
