Hot Spicy Noodles with Vegetable 🍜

Good evening beautiful people, welcome back to my channel. I am Utymarvel if this is your first time Watching.

It is a new Week and I'm here with some new content. Today I want to share another special way of making noodles. Normally I would boil noodles, just add the seasonings till it gets dry.
But then I wanted to prepare a balanced noodle today. I wanted this noodle to contain protein, carbohydrate, vitamins, fat and oil, name all of them.

Noodles are made of wheat or flour precisely so they belong to the carbohydrate family. It doesn't really have nutrients and it contains a lot of calories.

Here is the recipe

5 packs of medium sized Noodles
4 eggs
Vegetables(carrot, green beans, onions, cabbage)
Noodle seasonings.

Buenas noches gente hermosa, bienvenidos de nuevo a mi canal. Soy Utymarvel si es la primera vez que miras.

Es una nueva semana y estoy aquí con nuevos contenidos. Hoy les quiero compartir otra forma especial de hacer fideos. Normalmente herviría los fideos, solo agregaría los condimentos hasta que se seque.

Pero entonces quise preparar un fideo balanceado hoy. Quería que este fideo contuviera proteínas, carbohidratos, vitaminas, grasas y aceite, nómbralos todos.

Los fideos están hechos de trigo o harina precisamente por eso pertenecen a la familia de los carbohidratos. Realmente no tiene nutrientes y contiene muchas calorías.

Aquí está la receta

5 paquetes de fideos medianos

4 huevos

Verduras (zanahoria, judías verdes, cebollas, repollo)

Condimentos para fideos.
