TRUMP: El Paso Shooting Means We Need Immigation Policy Change!? Distraction From Jeffrey Epstein?

People warned for weeks that there would be a lot of shootings set up to distract away from the Jeffrey Epstein case and they may well have been correct. Trump's heavily scripted response was to point the finger at 'video games' and 'the internet' - so they'll 'crack down' on those.. Does anyone really think that 'the internet' is responsible here?
Now he has put out a tweet that takes the crazy to a whole new level - he has somehow managed to try to use the shootings as justification for immigration reform! Will this be enough to trigger the drumpf fans to realise he is the king of bullshit and denial?
