What is the proper way of praying to God? (2 of 3)

When we pray in the mind, only God knows what we are asking. Both devils and Satan do not know. The proper way to pray if you're alone is to pray secretly.

Rom. 8:26 says the Spirit helps our infirmities for we know not what we should pray for as we ought; but the Spirit makes intersection for us. The Father knows what we need even when we have not said it.

Talking about the position we should take, the example of Jesus in Matt. 26:39 is there. Jesus fell on his face and prayed.

And considering the act of kneeling which is "tithemi" in Greek implies a horizontal posture. Apostle Paul knelt down when he prayed as Acts 20:36 says. This kneeling down means to prostrate with our face down, and staying in a horizontal position.
