Can one's soul be duplicated? (Part 1 of 3)
What I understand from this Brother Eli's video:

Modern day bioengineering has opened the way for animals and human beings to be cloned. In this way identical animals, having similar biological and behavioural characters could be cloned from the original ones. However, cloned individuals are not as healthy and sound as the original ones in some ways.
It's true that cloning animals through somatic cell nuclear transfer is not very efficient. This is because success rate is not more than 3%. And those that survive tend to be bigger at birth with abnormal organs that lead to breathing and blood flow problems. They equally have impaired immune systems.
It is known that every time the DNA replicates, the chromosome shrinks. This implies that as you copy, the efficiency and quality reduce. And the older organisms have shorter telomere which is a sign of ageing. Also, the more the cells divide, the shorter the telomere.
