It is unlikely that science will contradict the Bible because so far, every scientific finding is in consonant with the Bible.
One of the recent suspicions of science is that there are matter that are not visible to man. This is the Higgs Boson theory.
If it's conclusively proved that there are matter that we cannot see, the Bible cannot be obsolete or late. This is because Rom. 1:20 speaks of the invisible things of God from creation.
So, there are created things that are invisible according to the Bible. The Bible tells of things that are not known at the moment which will be known in future. Based on this, one can believe that the Bible is final and complete.
