What I understand from this Brother Eli's video:

Marriage should not hinder baptism because baptism is for anyone that believes the gospel. Acts 22:16 is where Ananias advised Paul, previously Saul, not to waste further time but to get baptized so as to wash away his sins.
Marriage and baptism are two separate things. To be baptized is to follow the Lord Jesus Christ. Whether you're baptized before or after marriage or being engaged is not an issue.
To be married is to follow the flesh while to be baptized is to follow the will of God. 1Tim. 5:11 points out that the younger widows marry when they begin to wax wanton against Christ. So, it's sensual desire that pushes one to get married.
1Cor. 7:13 shows that one can get married before baptism. Therefore, marriage is not a requirement for baptism.
