Does the baby inside the womb already have a spirit?

Heb. 7:10 says Abraham was still in the loins of his father when Melchizedek met him. This suggests that the spirit of man may have been in existence before conception.

And Jer. 1:5 points out that God knew someone before he was born. We can see that Jeremiah was sanctified right in the womb, before he was born.

Further, Luke 1:5 foretold the life of John the Baptist even before he was born. John was already filled with the Holy Ghost even from his mother's womb.
