How to deal with problems calmly (Part 1 of 2)

The Bible has the answer to every human problem. In John 16:33 Jesus assures us that we might have peace in him, while acknowledging there's tribulation in the world.

There's no peace in the world. What we have are problems, foolishness and illusions. Isaiah 57:19-21 states there's no peace to the wicked. You cannot have peace among the wicked people in the world.

2Pet. 2:7 lets us to know that Lot was troubled with the filthy conversation of the wicked in Sodom and Gomorrah.

It's because wickedness reigns in the world today that 1John 2:15-16 admonishes us not to love the world or the things in the world. What we have in the world are the lust of flesh, lust of the eyes and pride of life which are not of the Father.

We have crimes, drugs and desire for power and wealth. These cause problems in the world, and so, there's no peace.

Jesus showed an example in facing the problems of this world by being calm or peaceful.
