    About :

It's right to start serving God at early stage in life. Eccl. 22:1 admonishes one to remember the Creator in one's youth while the evil days are yet to come.

As a young person, you're open to invitations of your friends for dating, partying, drinking and so on. These are not bad in themselves as a youth.

It's interesting to know that Brother Eli was the president of the Students Council for two years while in the high school. He came across many friends or, barcadas as Philippinos would say but, he was interested in the things of God as far back as when he was 17 years old.

Peer pressures are bound to come, and attending a church is commendable as a youth but, the kind of church you attend is another question. This is because some churches do not give good orientation to their members as far as knowing God is concerned. They don't even know the Bible which is the bases of our faith. This is unlike Apostle Paul who taught the Christians continually as recorded in Acts 20:31.
