We do not need to count how many times we study the word of God because we just have to continue in it.

In John 8:31, Jesus told the Jews that believed on him to continue in his word so as to be truly his disciples. We need to continue in the word of God more and more so as to progress in our faith.

It's necessary to listen to the free indoctrination programme before baptism. The indoctrination programme is the preliminary teachings, and we must continue after that.

After baptism, we should continue as Jesus said in Mt. 28:19-20, that we should go on to teach others all that he has commanded.

The teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ will continue to guide us as we walk along to overcome temptations and sin. Studying the word of God is a continuous process throughout our life time.
