What is the proper way of teaching the children about the church? (Part 2 of 2)

There are two pleasures in life, the one of sin, and the other of serving God. In Heb. 11:24-25, Moses prefers affliction with the people of God rather than enjoy the pleasure of sin. This is because he placed values on the great riches of Christ which he knew will bring eternal reward in the end, instead of the temporary treasures of Egypt.

The youths ought to know that the pleasures of sin are for awhile and temporary. But, there's pleasure, and joy in serving God. There's beauty beyond the physical senses in serving God.

In this ministry, Members Church of God International, the youths are meant to realize this fact, and there are no drug addicts for instance. The youths here are involved in noble ventures of benefit to the society. They take care of old people, and work in orphanages. The word of God is used as a tool to open their minds to the realities to come.
