Why does Malachi 3:10 say tithing but IICorinthians 9:7 speaks of offering (part 2 of 2)

Hebrews 8:13 says there's a new covenant now which has replaced the old one. And Heb. 8:7 points out that there's a fault in the first covenant which makes the second covenant to be necessary. In effect, the old covenant is nailed to the cross.

According to Acts 1:2, commandments were given to the apostles through the Holy Ghost by the Lord Jesus Christ after he was taken up into heaven. It's a sensible thing to believe that the new commandments given to the apostles are not the same as those of Moses.
