    A few days ago I started a 30 day rowing simulator challenge. 30 minutes every day. The benefits of this simulator are many - improving posture, improving heart function and increasing strength. Almost all the muscles in the body are involved here - back, arms, chest, gluteus, abdomen and legs. Are there other rowers here?
