    Today I will show you another biceps exercise. It is performed on the back of the cattle bench and is done with one hand. The important thing here is to keep the wrist outside the shoulder line and turn the wrist with the little finger up. This exercise helps a lot for the inner part of the biceps by giving more size, good shape and strength to the biceps. Thanks for watching 💪🏻
