    Hello, in today's post I will show two exercises for the back of the shoulder. The first is to dissolve the rye on the dumbbells from a sitting position. The second is lifting the barbell behind the body and the movement should be done from the back of the shoulder, without lifting the shoulders up with the trapezius muscle.
