Indian Fasting Dish - Sabudane ki Khichdi (Sago Topiaca) Recipie and Walkthrough Part 1

Hi,
Today I am presenting a walkthrough video where you ill get to know about India's one of the famous fasting dish Sabudane ki Khichdi
It is basically made up of sago topiaca, often called as topiaca perals which you can easily find in your market shops.

Contents:

1. Sago Topiaca (200 gms)
2. Peanuts (20 gms)
3. 2-3 Chillies
4. Rock salt
5. Clarified butter

Note - If you are on diet than you can use fat-free refined oil instead of clarified butter.

Recipie

1. Soak Topiaca perals for 2 hours until it gets soft from its core. You can try to mesh it with your fingers to check whether it has soften or not.
2. Take a pan and roast peanuts for 2 mins on high flames
   3, Take a grinder's can and add roasted peanuts, fresh coriander leaves, chillies and grind it well
3. Take a hallow pot or pan and add butter
4. Add the finished grind from can to pot. Mix well with butter.
5. Add topaica after it gets soft (do not add water. only add topiaca after draining water out)
6. Mix well and cook for 10 mins on medium flames. Your Indian fasting dish is now ready!
