This is game #13 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
In part 7 of the game The Mask I am up to the final level and boss in this one, at the Coco Bongo club and they definitely saved one of the more interesting levels for last as you will see with the design and the challenges throughout this level.
There are star neon lights to bounce on and get to vents used to teleport around the place, neon light $$$ signs because the club be making that money, a lot of vents to teleport around in and try finding your way.
Really fun and a challenge, especially the coconut throwing monkeys and guys shooting at you/throwing dynamite to try stop you.
Finally at the last boss which is Dorian wearing the mask from the movie, (I apologise for all the moving about so your eyes will get affected at times) but he is one of the easier bosses so long as you keep moving about in the spot while jumping around to collect the musicians notes, as one gives health, one gives mask power. When you have plenty of mask power you can keep using your horn over and over, then collect notes for more mask power and rinse and repeat!
Again Warning on your eyes against this boss when I am moving about a lot so look away at times when needed.
As for game #14 for the letter N, the game I have chosen is... Ninja Gaiden 3 from the Ninja Gaiden Trilogy!
This version is different to the Ninja Gaiden I have played on the Sega Mini. At first I wanted to enjoy playing the first then second then third... But I wasn't liking the first and second Ninja Gaidens within the first 10 minutes.
I almost changed games but couldn't find one I liked and then warmed up to Ninja Gaiden 3 and I am glad I did.
Ninja Gaiden games are a lot of fun and challenging, especially when a lot of enemies appear or you're trying to scale walls etc and an enemy or group of them appear.
Streamlabs OBS used for recording and setting the scene with SNES font, my avatar and the game picture for what I am playing.
Emulator used: RetroArch
ROMS: They are the games
Saving: Using emulator saving between levels or occasionally in tough parts so I don't always die and repeat so then the game can get completed.
