What are the best push up variations to do for your upper body?
If you want to build muscles in your upper body, there is an exercises that you can't miss, and i'm talking about the push ups!
BUT there is not only one type of push up, infact there are a lot of different variations to do.. from beginners to advanced level.
Today i want to show you a 10 minute upper body workout with the top 10 push up variations! Be ready, because it will not be easy at all!
The workout consist in 10 different push up variations where we do 15 reps for each variation, and 20'' rest between each exercises.
This is a follow along workout, so you don't need any timer or anything else, you just start the video and you can start working out with me!
If you need to take some more rest between each set, just pause the video, i understand you don't worry! This workout is a difficult one!
