You can easily workout at home, but when it comes to cardio, it's a little bit more difficult. Infact if you have neighbors it would be annoying to jump and make a lot of noise during your cardio workouts at home..
That's why today i want to show you a quick and easy 10 minute silent cardio workout! No jumping and no noise, you can do it without disturbing others!
All you need is 10 minutes, your bodyweight and no equipment at all!
We will do 9 exercises in total, for 1 minute straight each one, and 15 seconds rest between each exercise.
This is a follow along workout, so you don't need any timer or anything else, you just start the video and you can start working out with me!
