Today i'm going to show you an easy workout to do at home with no equipment at all!
You just need your bodyweight to train your whole body, and anyone can do this workout, infact even if you are a beginner don't be afraid to do it!
This beginner full body workout is a follow along one, so you can play the video and workout with me.
It's easy but if you need some more rest, just pause the video!
