Today we are going to train abs! This abs workout is only 3 minutes BUT as you may notice, there is no rest between each exercise. So for 3 minute straight you're going to hit your 6 pack.
Upper abs, lower abs, v-cut, obliques and the core!
Try to do this abs workout every single day if you want faster results!
For fast results in losing fat, obviously you need a good diet. When i say good i mean low calories + high protein atleast, if you want to lose fat fast.
Diet + exercises will let you reach your 6 pack goal very fast!
