This 25 minute interval training workout hits the whole body, and can be done with or without equipment. These workouts can be a useful cross training workout, especially for runners and cyclists. Or can just be a part of a healthy active lifestyle .
We use mostly use bodyweight, though some exercises use elastic bands, or some form of weight (a kettlebell, bag of potatoes, bag of cat litter, big bottle of water, or whatever you have available to you).
There is plenty of ab work here too, so if your goal is a flat stomach or tighter waistline, give this a go and let me know how well it works for you :-)
