    A slow and gentle 45 minute mobility session, focusing on the loosening and relaxing the shoulders, spine and hips. This combination of yoga, pilates, and general stretching is a great way to switch off and release stiff, tired muscles.
    Take your time and be gentle in each position, use the breath to help your muscles relax into each stretch; we are allowing the body to be come more limber, not forcing it.
